Job Description

  • MIS related work for network analysis to support critical management decisions in betterment of network uptime and architecture.
  • Spare management for the network
  • Proactive maintenance tracking and coordination with field team for closure

Technical Degree with Experience: Engineering Degree

Technical & Management Skills: Fluent in English, possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer focus. Handles conflict situations and make quick decision while analyzing customer complaints. Manage and drive CFTs for operational improvement project execution.

Key Skills: Analytical skill, Coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Driving improvement action plans with NOC and Field team
  • MIS related work is based on network analysis to support critical management decisions in betterment of network uptime and architecture.
