Job responsibilities:
As a Client Servicing Manager, strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and
attention to detail are crucial to building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Additionally, a thorough understanding of the industry, event planning, and budget
management are essential for success in this role.
MICE events Experience will be an added advantage.
Key job responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with clients,
understanding their objectives and preferences to deliver tailored event solutions.
• Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive event proposals and presentations,
showcasing suitable venues, services, and event options.
• Event Planning: Collaborate with the events team to plan and organize events
according to clients' specifications.
• Budget Management: Ensure that event proposals align with the client's budget, and
manage any financial considerations throughout the event planning process.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates
on event progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients after events to assess
satisfaction levels and gather insights for future improvements.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and
client preferences to enhance service quality and identify new business
