Role Overview: An experienced House Manager who can take full ownership of operations at a high-end residence. This is a unique opportunity for professionals with a proven track record in household management, vendor coordination, budgeting, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of residence operations
• Stakeholder coordination of vendors, government bodies and service partners
• Supervision of domestic staff like housekeeping, security, cafeteria and repairs & maintenance
• Budgeting, cost monitoring, vendor invoice certification, inventory management, and contract handling
• Explore and recommend best practices, automation, upgradation in existing processes, infrastructure, system, etc.

Skills & Qualifications :

• Graduate
• 10-15 years relevant Experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented, can handle confidential information , has a multitasking and problem solving ability.
• Ready to travel as required.

Candidates with prior experience in managing high-profile, luxury households with demanding standards will be preferred.
