You need to be a HODLer of these

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
• 1+ years’ experience in payment operations/reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems & banking processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel & large data handling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or crypto exchanges is a plus.
• Familiarity with KYC/AML compliance is a plus.
  
  

You will be mining through these tasks

• Manage end-to-end payment operations (deposits, withdrawals, refunds).
• Perform daily reconciliations across banks, gateways, and internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies within SLAs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Support teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records for audits & compliance.
• Support document onboarding & verification to mitigate risk.
• Willing to work in night shifts as per business needs
