Role: Training Coordinator



Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Execute the training programs end-to-end including designing, planning and Implementation.
  • Plan and execute the skill assessments process.
  • Build the dashboard and MIS reports for sharing the progress of training batches.
  • Manage training facilities and develop month wise training schedule.
  • Develop, rationalize and manage vendor partners for effective fresher induction training program outcomes.
  • Work from Office 5 days a week from 8.30 AM to 6 PM.
  • Saturday working on a rotational basis as per the Organizational policy benefits.
  • Work with business units for feedback, learning effectiveness and improving cost effective and customized fresher induction training.


Skills:


  • 2-4 years of L&D Experience.
  • Good coordination and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
  • Ability to derive meaningful insights out of the training batch data.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in defined timings and travel across locations for short duration when required.
  • Associates with the Technical background be an added advantage.
  • Good command over Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point).
  • Good Presentation skills.
