Job Location: Bhubaneshwar
Experience: 3 to 6Years
Role: Training Coordinator
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute the training programs end-to-end including designing, planning and Implementation.
- Plan and execute the skill assessments process.
- Build the dashboard and MIS reports for sharing the progress of training batches.
- Manage training facilities and develop month wise training schedule.
- Develop, rationalize and manage vendor partners for effective fresher induction training program outcomes.
- Work from Office 5 days a week from 8.30 AM to 6 PM.
- Saturday working on a rotational basis as per the Organizational policy benefits.
- Work with business units for feedback, learning effectiveness and improving cost effective and customized fresher induction training.
Skills:
- 2-4 years of L&D Experience.
- Good coordination and facilitation skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to derive meaningful insights out of the training batch data.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in defined timings and travel across locations for short duration when required.
- Associates with the Technical background be an added advantage.
- Good command over Microsoft Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Word & MS Power Point).
- Good Presentation skills.
