- Conduct regular audits to maintain coding accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize healthcare product knowledge to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address coding-related issues and solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance coding processes.
- Monitor industry developments to keep the team informed of changes and updates.
- Support the development of training materials and programs for coding staff.
- Possess strong expertise in healthcare products and their applications.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of revenue cycle management processes.
- Exhibit proficiency in medical coding standards and practices.
- Have a proven track record of optimizing coding operations.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Hold relevant certifications in medical coding and revenue cycle management.
