The organisation started its operations in Bangalore in June 2014. SmartQ redefines the cafeteria experience by enhancing the food services, Vendor integration, eliminating the queues, minimizing wait time, increasing collaborative work time, digitizing the cafeteria.
SmartQ works with caterers providing consistent quality and healthy food. The diverse set of vendors with excellent service experience are chosen for catering every need. Based on the likes and tastes of the client, the vendors are handpicked and monitored with an effective cafeteria feedback system. The company aims at reducing the Food Fatigue which sets in after a certain period by rotating the vendors.
SmartQ further offers the digital cafeteria solution which transforms any conventional cafeteria into one that is completely digital and cashless. The customized 360-degree digital cafeteria solution includes multiple ordering channels like mobile application and automated billing kiosks with a plethora of payment options and value-added features like intelligent menu display, Token display and advanced closed-loop feedback system. SmartQ helps in improving consumers’ experience by providing the convenience of ordering and also engaging the customers through the tech platform.
Job Summary
The Supply Chain Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency.
