Job Description
As a Sr. Managing Partner (APC) at Kotak Life Insurance, you will be responsible for managing Business Associates (BA) and ensuring the achievement of insurance sales goals by recruiting and training agents. Key responsibilities include:
- BA Management : Oversee Business Associates who recruit and manage agents on a commission basis.
- Training Development : Train and develop agents, ensuring they achieve sales targets.
- Performance Supervision : Review agents weekly performance to ensure desired goals are met.
- Motivation Promotion : Encourage agents to progress through Career Programs and use the Agent Portal CRM for client management and cross-selling.
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales (preferably in Life Insurance).
- Education : Graduate in any discipline.
- Key Attributes :
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commercial focus.
- Results-driven with high levels of confidence and communication skills.
- Stability in career history with a well-established local network.
- Familiarity with the local market and proven track record.
