Role and Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of loading slip and instructing the loading team to schedule loading accordingly
• Verifying the contents of the loaded truck as per loading slip
• Preparation of invoices and preparation of all supporting documents with invoices (i.e. GR, road permit, ASN & gate pass etc.)
• Responsible for adherence to vehicle dispatch time schedule
• To clear the vehicle from weighment, in case of weight differences
• Creating shipment document of every vehicle and document creation for reusable packing material
• Proper Knoeledge of GST Invoices & E-Way bill
  
  

Qualifications And Education Requirements

3 years of experience in Distribution/ Transportation inventory/ Logistics in a mid to large size manufacturing firm

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (preferably industrial engineering) / Diploma holder.

Preferred Skills

Vendor Management ,SAP , Regulatory & Compliance Management , Logistics planning , Forecasting & Delivery Planning .
