About The Role:

We're looking for a SOC Analyst to join our growing Security team in India. As our company continues to scale beyond 500+ employees, this role will help strengthen our ability to detect, investigate, and respond to security threats across a complex cloud and SaaS environment.

In this role, you'll monitor alerts, analyze incidents, and collaborate across the business to ensure timely, effective responses. You'll also contribute to improving our detection and response capabilities, refining playbooks, tuning alerts, and automating manual tasks where possible.

This is a hands-on role where curiosity, initiative, and teamwork are key. You'll help maintain situational awareness of our global security posture while contributing to strategic security improvements.

As a SOC Analyst, you will:

• Monitor and triage security alerts from tools such as CrowdStrike, Google Workspace, Okta, and other core systems
• Investigate suspicious activity across endpoints, identity platforms, and SaaS tools
• Collaborate across the business to contain and remediate incidents
• Document findings and contribute to post-incident reviews to identify lessons learned
• Maintain and improve detection logic and alert tuning to reduce noise and false positives
• Contribute to security automation and enrichment processes
• Assist with threat intelligence gathering and analysis to improve proactive defenses
• Support audits, compliance, and evidence collection efforts as needed
• Develop and maintain internal documentation and response playbooks
  
  

This is a fully-remote opportunity based in India. Standard work hours are from 10am to 6pm IST.

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

• You have 2–4 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or a similar technical security role
• You're comfortable using EDR, SIEM, and identity management platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Google Workspace, Okta, DataDog, or similar)
• You have strong analytical skills and can quickly assess and respond to alerts
• You understand core concepts of threat detection, phishing response, endpoint security, and identity protection
• You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with users of varying technical skill levels
• You're a clear communicator and can document investigations and findings thoroughly
• You're curious, proactive, and eager to automate and improve processes
• You value teamwork and collaboration
  
  

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing detection rules or using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with cloud security (AWS) or compliance frameworks like SOC 2
• Prior experience working with a remote or globally distributed team
