Role: APAC Brand Manager

Location: Remote, India

Work Timings: 5:30am to 2:30pm  

About the role:

This is a program management-focused role, that requires coordination with global, regional and local stakeholders to drive foundational asset workstreams for APAC markets across a range of products. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, analytical problem-solver with strong communication skills , adept at managing complex projects with multiple deadlines and diverse stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

Driving Asset & Process Management

  • Program manage foundational asset workstreams for the product portfolio in APAC, from regional reviews, to localisation and delivery. This includes assets like packaging, copy, and marketing UI screens, for use across 1P and 3P platforms.
  • Align on ownership, process, and deliverables with all relevant global stakeholders.
  • Formalize and create systems to streamline ways of working, improve communication, and standardize reviews across global workstreams.

APAC Regional Support & Coordination

  • Ensure brand consistency is maintained across the APAC region and that local nuances are captured in all foundational assets.
  • Provide crucial support for local reviews, sense checking all feedback and acting as a filter between global and local teams.
  • Coordinate marketing and legal approvals for the APAC region.
  • Regularly sync with global stakeholders to communicate regional needs, flag issues, mitigate risks, gain visibility into upcoming workstreams, and receive updates.
  • Regularly sync with regional and local teams to consolidate requests, communicate updates, flag issues and mitigate risks.
  • Drive the creation of a weekly Brand Team newsletter.

Insight Sharing & Continuous Improvement

  • Share feedback on behalf of APAC and flag P0 (high priority) issues on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with global and regional partners on post-launch post-mortem efforts.
  • Highlight priority themes with clear examples and propose actionable improvements for the next product launch.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in project and stakeholder management.
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in a marketing or communications function. Preferably with program or project management experience.
  • Experience working in the tech industry is a bonus, but not a requirement.
  • A technical background or product expertise is not mandatory, but is considered a bonus
