  • Texmo is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Recruiter. As a Sr. Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our business forward.   • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.

Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Stay up to date with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and selection decisions.

Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates.

Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and enhance the overall recruitment function.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and employment laws and regulations.

Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and attract top talent through various channels.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Professional certification in recruitment is a plus.
