Business Manager in Coimbatore

FOCUS ORGANISATION is one of the leading outsourced advertising companies operating in 32 cities across India. We handle marketing, advertising, and communication functions for various blue-chip clients in sectors such as telecommunications, entertainment, finance, insurance, and support.

FOCUS is expanding its operations in Tamil Nadu and other parts of India. To support this growth, we are looking to hire 15 Business Managers (BDM). Our new joiners are selected as Management Associates and will undergo holistic training in all functional areas of business management, including Marketing, HR, Finance, and Operations, over a period of 6-18 months according to our Global Training Module (GTM). The career progression will be as follows: Business Associate>HR Trainer>Team Leader>Assistant Branch Head>Business Head.
