Senior Quality Analyst

What You'll Do

As the Automation Quality Analyst Lead, your mission is to promote excellence in automated testing, ensuring the pinnacle of quality and reliability in customer experiences. Guiding a team of experienced analysts, you'll craft automation frameworks, define strategic testing approaches, and improve initiatives. Collaborating across functions, you'll establish rigorous testing standards and uncover automation opportunities, propelling us towards the swift delivery of impeccable software solutions.

• Create relevant documentation  
• Implement relevant quality checks and remediation action to mitigate risks 
• Ability to identify where business, product and performance improvements can be made and work with leadership to aid in implementation 
• Ensure quality results are reported accurately on a weekly and monthly basis as required and shared with relevant stakeholders 
• Focus on defining and achieving quality and compliance KPIs both internally and externally  
• Work collaboratively with the Insights Team and Quality Coordinator to determine appropriate sample sizes and defining a benchmark for quality checking with input from other senior stakeholders.  
• Support in designing and maintaining Quality dashboards through Power BI across all processes enabling progress visibility as well as help develop and maintain internal quality team dashboards 
• Maintain a library of quality documentation ensuring process maps and SOPs are created and kept up to date in line with governance processes
• Promote adherence to company policy addressing and documenting any non-conformance and escalating where appropriate  
• Provide recommendations for corrective and preventative actions to reduce inefficiencies and operational errors 
• Support and coordinate the introduction of additional quality management outside of the key operational processes  
• Acting as a support to provide guidance to other team members on proposed actions

• When it comes to Test Planning and Execution, you orchestrate meticulous preparations, collaborating closely with stakeholders to craft comprehensive test plans and scenarios. Prioritizing with precision, you define test coverage criteria and oversee the execution of automated tests to validate software functionality and performance. Ever vigilant, you analyze test results, swiftly coordinating with development teams to address any issues that arise.
• In the realm of Tool Selection and Evaluation, you serve as the vanguard of innovation, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing efficiency and scalability. Your discerning eye identifies the tools and technologies best suited to elevate our testing endeavors, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of automation excellence.
• With a steadfast commitment to Quality Assurance Standards and Best Practices, you set the gold standard for excellence, establishing and enforcing meticulous guidelines for automation testing. Through rigorous code reviews, quality inspections, and audits, you ensure adherence to standards and practices, maintaining the integrity and reliability of our automation efforts.
• In Defect Management and Reporting, you are the guardian of quality, implementing robust processes to track, prioritize, and resolve automation-related issues. Through meticulous monitoring and analysis, you identify areas for improvement, generating comprehensive test reports and metrics to provide stakeholders and project teams with invaluable insights into progress and quality.
