Senior Manager - Replenishment

Job Purpose:

Pivotal role in the ‘Transformation’ Retail journey to New-Era Fueling . Non Fuel Retail has been identified as one of the 5 retail business priorities. Reporting to the Head - NFR Supply Chain, the Sr. Manager Replenishment (NFR) will be responsible for overseeing replenishment activities for both our food and auto parts retail outlets. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adequate stock levels, minimizing stock outs, and optimizing inventory management across our network of retail outlets.

1

Replenishment Planning and Execution

• Develop replenishment plans and schedules for both food and auto parts retail outlets based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and demand patterns.
• Monitor stock levels and adjust replenishment orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products to retail outlets.
• Monitor sales trends, demand patterns, and seasonal fluctuations to adjust replenishment schedules and order quantities accordingly.
• Recommend initiatives to optimize the supply chain process, including transportation, and distribution.
  
  
  

2 Inventory Management:

• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to verify stock accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, reduce excess inventory, and improve inventory turnover rates.
  
  
  

3 Vendor Mgmt

• Maintain national & local strategic tie-ups by helping with win-win commercial models.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including NFR Alliance Head, NFR Operations Head, purchasing, logistics, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with business goals and objectives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery of products.
• Maintain strong robust backend tie ups with cloud kitchens for supply chain
  
  
  

4 Driving Compliance and Continuous Improvements

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and ethical sourcing practices throughout the supply chain.
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality standards, pricing agreements, and delivery schedules.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitiveness in the supply chain
• Track execution against plan, highlight risks & deviations & develop mitigation plan
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as inventory turnover, fill rates, and on-time deliveries, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  
  
  

5 Internal change management

• Manage internal stakeholders (corporate, regional) and franchisee for smooth execution
• Prepare periodic dashboards & reports for Head – NFR Supply Chain
  
  
  

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications & Certifications: MBA or equivalent degree from good business school in Operations or Supply Chain Management

Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience:

• 12+ years of total experience
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain operations, preferably in the retail industry.
