  • Annual and 6 month forecast for production and line load review.
  • Monthly Production plan meeting with all supporting departments.
  • Gap analysis of low OEE / Bekido rate of production.
  • Effeceint utilization of resources.
  • Release Kanban to production lines.
  • Ensure the availability of FG Stock as per norms.
  • Monitor the activity/events as per master schedule.
  • Physical inventory of WIP.
