Roles And Responsibilities
- Understanding JD before Sourcing.
- Sourcing the profile from job portal as per the client requirement.
- Screening and short listing.
- Sending profiles for short listing or Interview Schedules before deadline as given by the client.
- Sending profile to the client for feedback.
- Client Co-ordination.
- Once shortlisted scheduling interview.
- Follow up with candidate till he/she attends interview and after interview.
- Once attends interview follow up with client about the feedback.
- Once he gets selected for the client, collecting his documents and verifying them.
- Follow up the candidate till he joins and after joining.
Eligible Candidate Must Possess Following Specifications
- Good spoken English / Communication skills.
- Basic Computer operating skills.
- Candidate should be aggressive.
- Candidate should have a will to succeed in a tough business environment.
- To search right candidates through job portal, by understanding the JD completely.
- Call the candidates and make them understand the job profile and find their interest level.
- To do proper follow-up with candidates
- Managing Daily MIS
Salary: Negotiable
