Role & Responsibilities
- Talent Management
- Statutory Compliances as per applicability: Labor Law / Environmental / Social Security/ Employment Laws etc.
- Meetings & Management Reviews: Plant Hoshin, SIP/SPR / New Joiners Meet / Canteen Committee meetings / Works Committee Meetings / Town Hall Meeting etc.
- Handling Audits-Internal & External (Govt. & Non Govt.)
- Participating & coordinating CSR Activities
- Manpower Management-Onboarding, Induction etc.
- Coordinating Internal & External Visits.
- Managing Overall Admin Activities: Canteen Facility, Transport Management, Civil, Horticulture, Security & Housekeeping Management/Pantry.
- Budget Preparation & Monitoring (Capex & Revenue).
- Fixed Asset Management.
- Need Experienced person for performing the role of Sub Section Head.
- Overall responsible for Plant HR & GA Related Activities.
- Strong Knowledge of Statutory Compliances & General Administration.
- Good Communication
