Location: Sayan Textile Park, Ichchapor, Surat

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (INR)

About the Company:

Client is a leading Textile Label Manufacturing company based in Surat. With a strong foothold in the industry, they specialize in producing high-quality textile labels and are now looking for a dynamic Senior Accounts Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:

The Senior Accounts Manager will oversee the entire accounting function of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and contributing to effective financial planning. The ideal candidate should have experience in the manufacturing sector and be capable of leading a small accounting team, handling intercompany and interbranch transactions, and guiding the company in fund planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finalization of Accounts: Ensure timely and accurate finalization of accounts in compliance with statutory norms.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a small team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and oversight.
• Intercompany & Interbranch Transactions: Handle complex intercompany and interbranch accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Private Limited Company Accounting: Manage the full accounting cycle for a private limited company, including maintaining books of accounts and preparing financial statements.
• Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to all tax regulations, including GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Audit Compliance: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring the company's financial records meet audit standards.
• Fund Management: Advise the company on managing and optimizing funds, assisting with planning for receivables and payables.
• Long-Term Financial Planning: Provide strategic advice to management on financial matters, aiming for long-term financial stability.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Textile sector preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in handling accounts for a private limited company.
• Team Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing and leading an accounting team.
• Expertise in Finalization of Accounts and handling complex transactions.
• Strong Knowledge of Tax Compliance and audit processes.
• Mature and Stable Candidate with a long-term perspective and strong work ethic.
• Ability to advise the company on fund management and help in financial planning.
