Vacancy for Manufacturing Planning for Heat Transfer Equipment

  • Understand the Specification coming for customer.
  • Work out the manufacturing sequence
  • Work out the manufacturing Cycle time.
  • Improvement to be identified to improve cycle time of manufacturing
  • Improvement to be identified to reduce Efforts of manufacturing
  • Understand infrastructure available and resource capability and plan based on the same.
  • Work out Efforts (Manhours / Man-days) for the equipment
  • Understand the requirement of different type of resource and check its feasibility (Rolling, Forming, Machining, NDT, etc).
  • Coordinate with different departments to work out feasible solution for manufacturing friendly activities and resolve to achieve first time right.
