What we want: A Dedicated and an Experienced HR Manager who can manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, HR procedures & systems, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and benefits administration.
Job Roles:
1. Compliance and Policy Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, Insurance, etc.
- Should be capable of fulfilling documentation and compliance work for NABH accreditation standards, and internal policies.
- Regularly update HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Capable of developing systems, forms, formats and procedures to effectively implement HR policies and ensure smooth functioning of HR operations.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the entire recruitment process smoothly collaborating with department heads. Develop and execute effective onboarding programs.
3. Employee Relations:
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Resolve employee conflicts. Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
4. Performance Management:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development plans.
- Identify training needs and arrange for appropriate training programs.
- Conduct talent management.
5. Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Manage payroll process for timely and accurate salary payments.Manage leave policies & employee benefits programs.
6. HR Strategy and Planning:
- Lead HR projects. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals and objectives.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Can resolve & manage day to day issues & needs of employees.
- Can stay updated on industry trends for best HR practice.
- Can stay tuned with other hospital's HR team for future collaboration
- Can manage inside or outside meetings, sessions or events timely.
- Can tie-ups with educational faculties for hiring of interns and other activities
- Can do recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining employee relations and can maintain the environment happy and Motivated
