Primary Criteria - Candidates should have good communications skills, Fast Learner Interest to learn new technologies related to Audio Video Industry and Grow along with us

For Remote Location Candidates, upon selection, they need to be in Hyderabad for a month or two for training on products/solutions

Roles Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing partners.
  • Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell our distribution products to partners.
  • Act as a bridge for communication between partners, Express Office and OEMs.
  • Coordinate with partner sales personnel and maximize sales.
  • Access, clarify and validate partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high partner satisfaction rate
  • Coordinate with other sales channels/OEMs to avoid any potential conflicts.
  • Analyze market trends and accordingly develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner
  • Educate partners about product portfolio and complimentary services offered. Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners.
  • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business.
  • Stay current with latest developments in marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Work with partners to develop sale proposals, quotations, and pricings.
  • Deliver customer presentations and attend sales meetings for partners incase required.
  • Assist in partner marketing activities such as campaigns, emailers, demos and other promotional activities.
  • Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain Complete Database of Partners with their employees contact details in the approved format
  • Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales target by the OEM for the related Distribution Products
  • Plan and visit upcountry market area to map partners in Andhra Pradesh Telangana
  • Continuous effort to learn details of all our distribution products.
  • Other additional work assigned related to Express Office Solution/Partner Projects, to be taken from immediate effect to achieve the organization goals and project deadlines.
  • Every sales manager should upscale their skillset on MS Office (Excel/Ppt/Etc) and other relevant certifications like HDBaseT/Audinate/OEM Certification/Programming/ CTS Etc (Any paid certifications will be refunded from the organization once it is completed)
  • GEM Tendering and process should be learnt to participate bids on behalf of partners and support partners for opportunities in GEM Portal.
