Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and energetic Campus Recruiter - Fresher's to join our recruitment team. This role involves engaging with educational institutions, identifying talented graduates, and guiding them through the recruitment process to place them in suitable positions with our clients. The Campus Recruiter will play a crucial role in shaping our talent pipeline by building strong relationships with academic partners and driving our campus hiring strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campus Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to build a strong presence on campuses.
• Event Coordination: Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and other student engagement activities to attract fresh talent.
• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and reach out to potential candidates through campus channels and job boards, promoting open positions and opportunities.
• Screening & Shortlisting: Conduct initial assessments through interviews and tests to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for various roles.
• Interview Coordination: Arrange and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers, ensuring effective communication and timely updates.
• Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing guidance and support.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand client requirements and align campus hiring efforts accordingly.
• Database Management: Maintain and update records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our database.
• Offer Management: Assist in extending job offers and managing negotiations, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation and initial support is provided.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about campus hiring trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities to offer strategic insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to the dynamic recruitment environment.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with academic partners and candidates.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
• Experience in campus recruitment or engagement activities is a plus.
