Position Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Operations Coordinator (Fresher) to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration: Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing HR documents, and maintaining employee records.
Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials, conducting onboarding sessions, and facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases while ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Payroll Assistance: Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, ensuring timely and accurate payroll administration.
Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, leave, and other employee perks.
Compliance and Documentation: Ensure HR policies and processes comply with labor laws by assisting in audits and maintaining up-to-date records.
HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and metrics, tracking areas such as employee attendance, leave balances, and turnover rates.
Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events and training sessions, to foster a positive work environment.
Learning & Development: Participate in organizing and supporting employee training programs and workshops aimed at professional development.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support HR operations and contribute to maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR operations and a desire to grow in the HR field.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
