Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs.
- Pass qualified opportunities to BDMs for deeper engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM.
- Follow up on marketing campaign responses and webinar attendees.
- Assist in drafting follow-up emails and introductory proposals.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/IT preferred).
- 0–2 years of work experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer support.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Basic understanding of IT services (training will be provided).
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections.
- Number of inbound leads qualified.
- Percentage of SDR-qualified leads converted to opportunities.
- Number of meetings set for the sales team.
