Rolling Stock Engineer

We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 16 RRTS and 6 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local O&M company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.

• Testing, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Metro Trains (Which includes TCMS, PROPULSION).
• Maintenance & Trouble shooting of high power and high technology traction converters, Auxiliary Converters, Main Transformer, Potential
  
  
  

Transformer, Current Transformer, Surge Arrestor, Traction motor, Gear boxes.

• Software & Firmware downloaded/ updating in Propulsion equipment’s.
• Collection of TDS (Train Diagnosis System)/DR data for interpretation & analysis, downloading SRP's related to propulsion products in trains.
• Maintaining FRACAS and RAMS activities for propulsion equipment's.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis.
• Capability of fault finding/ trouble shooting for online failures OF rolling stock.
• Capability of imparting the training to rolling stock controller in troubleshooting and fault finding.
• Emphasize safety precautions required during the performance of operation and maintenance tasks.
• Knowledge of Operation & Maintenance of Rerailing equipment (LUKAS make).
• Experience of organizing the mock drill for use of rerailing equipment.
• Capability of training the staff in operation of rerailing equipment (LUKAS make).
• Operation and Maintenance of Mobile Jacks for lifting of trains.
  
  
  

B.E/B.tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
