This role involves end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates based on client job requirements.
• Use job portals, social media, and networking to attract top talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various job roles.
• Provide candidates with guidance and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the ATS.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing or consulting firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple job openings and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• A proactive, goal-oriented approach to recruitment.
