Associate Manager, Assessments (Vijayawada)

1. Operations and Strategy

a. Lead Project Management within Assessments with complete ownership of a project

b. Carry out test design and development end-to- end, ensuring quality

c. Lead meetings, communications and relationship management with clients

d. Manage Ei’s internal information and knowledge repositories

e. Ensure error-free deliverables like assessment tools, analyses aligned to project requirements

2. Large Scale Assessments, Capacity Building and Technical Transformation

a. Manage activities related to capacity building of education officials and practitioners

b. Create workshop training material and collateral including videos, manuals and other content

c. Create and execute large scale benchmarking and diagnostics assessments

3. Organizational Development

a. Ensure capacity building and training of the team through regular learning and development

b. Expand the scope of projects by high quality dissemination- States Interaction, working papers etc.

c. Travel for the project needs and documenting trip reports of the same appropriately

Requirements

1. 4-6 years of experience, some of it working with the government preferably in delivering large-scale education programs

2. Fluent in written and verbal communications especially presentations, high quality report writing etc.

3. Experience in handling data and analysis
