Position Summary:

We are seeking a Recruiter Specialist to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates to fulfill client hiring needs. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with clients.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for multiple job roles across various industries.
• Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for different roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidate recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment processes using ATS tools.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
• Prior experience in an agency or consultancy setup is a plus.
