Job Purpose: Responsibility to assist Quality and Deputy Quality Manager for maintenance, updates and implementation of Quality Management Systems in the organization and ensure its smooth functioning

Job Description & Responsibilities

  • To assist and help Quality Manager for maintaining Management System for all accreditation and regulatory/approval bodies for all the labs (central as well as for satellite labs).
  • To assist and help Quality Manager to prepare, review, update and maintain all the documentation related to Quality Management systems viz Quality Manual, Quality Procedures and Quality Formats, Quality Lists and other relevant documents for central as well as for satellite lab, with its timely updates
  • To assist and help Quality Manager during audits/ assessments of regulatory authorities, Governing bodies, customers’ and third party audits, internal audits, successfully for all the labs (central as well as for satellite).
  • To assist and help Quality Manager to plan and conduct QA/QC checks in order to ensure quality of the results & maintain records with the help of Quality Manager.
  • To assist and help Quality Manager to undertake internal audits and to ensure the closure of audit findings for all the labs (central as well as for satellite).
  • To ensure that all the records like PT/ILC, Updating of standards, Calibrations, Intermediate checks, Review of procedures/SOPs/WI, test methods etc are maintained and updated.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Qualification : Bachelors’ in Science ( Chemistry/Biology/ Any degree with relevant scientific field)
  • Experience : Freshers
  • Expected Skills : Written & Verbal Communication, Time Management
