Job Title: HR Recruiter (Intern)

Location: Thane West

Stipend: 8k per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruiter (Intern) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and a basic knowledge of MS Excel. The Recruiter will be responsible for screening candidates, understanding client requirements, attending calls, replying to candidates on WhatsApp, and conducting initial interview rounds.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Screening:

• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  
  

Client Requirement Understanding

• Liaise with clients to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements to find the best candidates.
  
  

Basic MS Excel Knowledge

• Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment data using MS Excel.
• Generate reports and manage data for recruitment analysis.
  
  

Communication

• Attend calls and respond to candidate queries promptly via phone and WhatsApp.
• Provide candidates with information about job roles, responsibilities, and the hiring process.
  
  

Interview Conducting

• Conduct the initial round of interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the hiring team.
  
  

Requirements

• Should have good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate client requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Available for 2 months of full time internship.
