Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review acceptance criteria, business requirements, and UI/UX designs to develop an efficient test approach that provides wide coverage.
• Collaborate with product, development, and QE peers to clarify implementation designs and requirements.
• Contribute to test development by authoring high-value test plans and cases aligned with acceptance criteria and business requirements.
• Review and provide feedback on team members' test plans and cases to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Execute manual and automation testing for assigned feature areas, documenting defects meticulously.
• Collaborate with experienced QA team members to author automated test cases within appropriate test frameworks.
• Continuously enhance knowledge of testing methodologies, automated testing, and system design.
• Provide support for testing during critical incident reports as directed by the Support Escalations team.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and QA Java for test automation.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Solid understanding of databases and ability to write and execute SQL queries for validation.
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques for functional and regression testing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, Git, or Maven.
• Working knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional Agile/Scrum environment.
• Good communication and documentation skills.

Education: Combination of education and industry experience amounting to 4 years of experience in software testing.
