Function/ Department- Operations- Retail, Wholesale & Treasury

Job Purpose

The role entails the responsibility of overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently. It includes maintaining bank's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies

Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development and implementation of RPA solutions to automate business process.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize process for automation.
• Manage a team of RPA developers, Tech leads, BA's and provide guidance and support as needed.
• Led system changes/enhancements along with IT team independently.
• Ensure that RPA solutions are developed and implemented according to best practices and standards.
• Liaison between process SME, IT team and RPA vendor for implementing or deploying BOT or operations of BOT.
• Should have good understanding of Automation tools like Automation Edge, Automation Anywhere etc.
• Should make recommendations for process improvement.
• Provide regular updates to Senior management on the status of RPA projects and initiatives.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of RPA solutions to ensure efficiency and reliability.
• Should have working knowledge of JIRA for project management activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in fast paced environment and manage multiple projects/priorities.
• Good knowledge of Tanzu Cluster management and virtualization technology like VMware.
• Should have experience on Containerization tools such as Dockers, Podman etc. for micro service application management.
• Should have good knowledge of Orchestration platforms like Kubernetes etc. for applications hosted in Devops environment.
• Should have good knowledge of application deployment via CICD pipeline.
• Should have good knowledge on Non windows operating systems like Linux, Unix etc.
  
  
  

Education Qualification

Graduation: Any Graduation.

Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation.

Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience
