Program Manager (Lucknow and Sitapur), Abhigya Foundation
Abhigya Foundation is a non-profit organization working on the quality of primary education in Uttar Pradesh and currently working in two districts; Sitapur and Bahraich. Foundation is running Social-emotional learning and supply-side intervention in selected schools. Abhigya Foundation focuses on high-quality, low-cost, and replicable interventions to address gaps in the education system.
Opportunity – Program Manager based at Lucknow and Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh.
Salary – 3,00,000 – 4,20,000 Per annum.
Essential – Good understanding of the implementation of RCTs, learning ability tests, IQ tests of adolescents, MS Excel, SPSS/STATA. Comfortable working as a member of a culturally diverse team.
Qualifications – Master’s degree in Social work, Economics (preferably with experience in applied development and health economics), Public Health, Business Administration, Prior research experience and report writing necessary, Very strong report writing skills.
Your Function (any three) – Monitoring and evaluation research project, Proposal writing, Data analysis and report case studies and paper writing, Leading the project implementation team.
