Your Key Responsibilities

• Execution of Tool manufacturing as well as planning for both shifts
  
  

Develop, validate and implement production technologies.

Improve production technologies in terms of quality, cost and robustness.

Initiate and coordinate development of production machines and tools.

Validate machines and tools.

Support/enable production or production departments to realize production (hand-over, training, trouble-shooting).

Machine loading

Shift handling in all three shifts

Tool planning & manufacturing

Man and machine handling

Operation of CNC machines

Experience of drawing reading and Geometrical Tolerances

Heat treatment of tools

Inspection of tools

Use of problem-solving techniques- To look after tool room & machine shop

Cooperate in risk assessments, correct all sort comings and sustain it for continuous improvement regarding environment Protection, Occupational Health and safety and fire Prevention

Your Qualifications

• Diploma in Tool & Die making with 2 to 4 years of relavant work experience of working on convensional as well as CNC machines for tool manufacturing
