Be Body Wise is an online womens elective health platform, serving 4M women every year by providing personalized solutions and doctor consults across concerns for hair health, body care, sleep, and nutrition. Little Joys is an online health platform for kids, helping 2M parents every year solve for their childs physical, mental, and emotional development by offering age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, and bone health with access to expert doctors and nutritionists.

Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
- Perform A/B testing to identify the most effective ad creatives and strategies.
- Manage budgets, allocate spending, and optimize bids to ensure cost-effective results.
- Collaborate with the category team to produce insight-oriented ad content.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- Proven experience in Facebook Performance Marketing.
- Knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform, including ad formats, targeting options, and bidding strategies.
- Comfortable working with data.
- Attention to detail.
- Collaborative.
- Freshers are welcome. (Should have completed a Digital Marketing course and have the intent to learn & grow.)
