Key responsibilities
- Evaluate the existing processes like Commission, Reinsurance, Partner Incentive payout and identify gaps if any; review and add additional controls on a periodic basic
- Managing the line function and ensuring smooth processing within the TAT defined with sufficient checks and controls
- Initiate automation initiatives pertaining to the respective processes and their control reports. Preparation of BRD and liaise with respective teams and Vendors for the same
- Manage the audits and regulatory or ad hoc requirements raised by different stakeholders
- Handling a team of 3 members and tracking their respective actionable
