Metallurgist - Supplier Quality

About the team
Lead Plant Material Lab and Quality team to achieve the planned targets of material testing and significant improvements in Supplier KPI in alignment with supplier management organization.

Your Task:

• Lead Site Material Lab activities
• Ensure 100% incoming part inspection
• Line and field Failure analysis with respect to metallurgical testing
• Validate supplier PPAP together with Supplier Management team
• Evaluate and audit casting and forging process at supplier end.

Your Profile:

• Broad Quality automotive background and experience
• Experience in casting, Forging and special process
• Knowledge in Handling Metallurgical equipment's
• Strong problem solving and continuous improvement skills
• Excellent analytical and decision making skills
