- To keep detailed in and out (transition) material record & update on day-to-day basis with Invoice & relevant documents.
- To carry out physical inventory on monthly/quarterly basis and send report to L&T base Office.
- To coordinate with vendor’s team and ensure that proper material stacking with proper identifications at yard to avoid material deterioration.
- To maintain segregation of material as per L&T base instructions.
- To coordinate with vendor & yard team to send material at offshore as per instruction given by FE & L&T base team.
- To maintain record of backload material.
- To prepare the material manifest for processing coastal shipping bill at time of dispatch.
- To identify supply discrepancy from vendor for uncounted material and send report to the L&T base (FE, logistic team, SCM team & installation manager)
- To ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding material handling and storage.
