About The Role

Design team coordinator and facilitator to team for all ongoing projects, project tracking, external collaborations, sourcing management, travel general administration and helping team on and special project related needs. This to enhance the productivity, enrichment and creative culture at the GCPLDesignLab. Also someone with curiosity to participate actively in project researches, insights and concept development.

Key Responsibilities

• Team management:
• The one-point contact for project briefs, project planning and project updates.
• Lead and organize key team meetup, reviews, workshops, huddles, market research and other designed expeditions.
• Work and support individuals including Interns, Graduation projects and the permanent team.
• Project management:
• Facilitate team workflow, processes and help team priorities by managing project tracker.
• Closely work with the functional head and team on efficient planning and sourcing for high priority projects.
• Participate actively in the creative process and contribute to ideas, insights, and conceptualization. Work on a no brief ideas to be able to learn on the job.
• Collaborations:
• Ensure key collaboration and stakeholder alignment for each project and make sure we adhere to these for all ongoing and upcoming project.
• Bridge the gap of developing strong network of external collaboration around, learning, training, vendors and institutionalize world-class creative partnership.
• Help create a culture of good team works, ethos and positivity within and outside of GCPLDesignLab to attract best talent and best practices.
  
  

Education: Administrative and managerial skills with creative curiosity

Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in as an administrative or assisting a small team of 10-12 people.
