This is a frontline sales role (Field Sales) wherein you are integrated into the Building/Industry “End User” team of regional sales.

You shall be driving a defined sales nos & targets assigned to you by expanding & saturating the existing customer base with complementary/supplementary offers from SE basket.

You need to be self motivated, result-driven, Focused & collaborate with other pipes & team members with in or outside the region.

The sales professional needs to understand and target the underlying needs of the customers (Consultants, Architects, Builders, Developers etc) and generate preference & Pull for Schneider Make of products. This needs to be done with the help of Presentations, Trainings & Demos. Implementation of the various other customer action plan as defined by marketing leading to “new Customer Acquisition”

The role warrants the expert level knowledge of SE FD & WD range of products and intermediate level knowledge of Electrical Distribution & Power Quality range of Products.

Qualifications

Study of electrical / automation technology, training as a technician Professional experience in the field of Final Distribution, Wiring devices, Switchgear & Controlgear, Power quality & Metering Devices. Professional experience in sales strong customer and sales orientation good communication skills binding, competent and convincing appearance quick comprehension of the complex customer requirements and recognition of the holistic customer potential independent work with high negotiating skills
