Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assist in drafting and reviewing corporate documents, including board resolutions, minutes of meetings, and compliance reports.
• Support the team and clients in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct legal research on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related topics.
