Roles And Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
- Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to optimize resource utilization
- Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and quality
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor junior staff members in industrial engineering principles
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in industrial engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or operation excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization tools
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma is a plus
