Key Responsibilities:

Data Reporting: Prepare and maintain workforce reports, providing insights on employee demographics, turnover rates, and recruitment needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR and department leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop staffing plans.

Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in recruitment initiatives by identifying potential candidates and supporting hiring processes.

Project Assistance: Participate in various workforce-related projects, including employee engagement and retention strategies.
