Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Conflict Resolution: Assist in addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts in a fair and timely manner.

Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures.

Communication: Facilitate open communication between management and employees to promote a positive work environment.

Training and Support: Provide training and resources to managers and employees on employee relations best practices.

Survey Administration: Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.

Compliance: Ensure all employee relations activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Reporting: Prepare reports on employee relations metrics and trends to inform management decisions.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members to support various HR initiatives and projects.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving employee relations strategies and practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of employee relations principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the employee relations field.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
