Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior HR Compliance Specialist (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are interested in ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulations while contributing to various HR compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Policy Adherence: Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.

• Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.

• Compliance Audits: Support the HR team in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company standards.

• Reporting: Help generate and maintain compliance reports, including monitoring and tracking important HR metrics related to attendance, leaves, and workplace policies.

• Legal Research: Conduct research on labor laws and regulations to stay up-to-date with any changes that might impact company policies or procedures.

• Employee Handbook Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining the employee handbook to reflect any legal or policy changes.

• Training Support: Help organize compliance-related training sessions for employees, ensuring that all staff are aware of company policies, safety protocols, and legal obligations.

• Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality of employee information and sensitive documents while handling compliance-related tasks.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to ensure smooth execution of compliance processes and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR compliance and a desire to build a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
