Junior Associate Cloud Operations Engineer, Data Validation

Product & Technology business function is responsible for ensuring that Basware continues to provide its customers with industry-leading SaaS solutions to simplify operations and spend smarter. This global function creates and executes the product strategy, new product innovations, roadmap, design, product development and product launches for Basware’s global product portfolio. Together with other Basware units, Product & Technology ensures that our customers can successfully meet their business objectives through cooperating with Basware and using our product and service portfolio.

The Data processing team is looking for a Junior Associate Cloud Operations Engineer (Data Validation role) in Chandigarh, India.

Your areas of responsibilities will include:

• Validate and verify the business documents, such as statements, invoices, and credit notes, with precision.
• Ensure high-quality data accuracy and continuous improvement of the process for our customers
• Responsible for meeting quantity and accuracy requirements based on customer specifications and expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy.

To be successful in this position we would like you to have:

• Education: At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or MCA
• Work experience: Fresher or Mid-level
• Good know-how regarding Microsoft Windows, usage of common office PC applications and commonly used internet browsers
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work within timelines and maintain quality standards, handling large volumes of data
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to convey complex business documents' information.
• Ability to learn quickly and efficiently new products and tools
• Ability to follow and update specific work instructions and documentation.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
