About the Role: We are seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our team for online BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) positions in both Voice and Chat Process roles. As a fresh recruit, you will be trained to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Voice Process:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Provide effective solutions to customer problems while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent communication with customers.
• Resolve customer complaints, offering satisfactory solutions within a defined time frame.
• Escalate issues to higher management if needed and ensure all calls are logged in the system.
  
• Chat Process:
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, or messaging platforms.
• Provide timely and accurate information while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
• Assist customers in navigating websites, troubleshooting issues, and offering product/service information.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure all customer concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication Skills: Both written and verbal communication skills are essential. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and respond promptly to customer inquiries.

Education and Experience:
