As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for Designing assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, including apartments, villas, resorts, hotels, institutions, corporate offices, and factory offices. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, and requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in architectural design
- PRODUCING PHOTO REALISTIC VIEWS WITH LATEST SOFTWARE IS MUST
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
- Excellent visualization and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects, including creating concepts, developing detailed drawings, and preparing construction documents
- Collaborate with senior architects and designers to implement design strategies and ensure projects meet client requirements and design standards
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to support design decisions
- Assist in reviewing and approving architectural designs and plans
- Prepare presentations, renderings, and other visual materials to communicate design ideas to clients
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Participate in site visits and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any design-related issues
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and materials
