Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced VMC Supervisor to join our team at Kaarlo Training & HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. This full-time, mid-level position is based in Coimbatore and requires a professional with a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The VMC Supervisor will oversee operations with a focus on quality control and efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in CNC Machining (Mandatory skill) with a strong understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control processes (Mandatory skill) to ensure high standards of output.
• Proficiency in the 5S System (Mandatory skill) to organize and manage workspace effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Ability to perform machine maintenance and troubleshoot technical problems to minimize downtime.
• Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints to guide accurate and efficient production processes.
• Experience in production scheduling to manage timelines and resource allocation efficiently.
• Strong machining knowledge in Fanuc control and Siemens to operate and manage equipment proficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the VMC operations to ensure alignment with production goals.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to standards across all outputs.
• Ensure the 5S System is effectively utilized, maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe work environment.
• Monitor equipment use and maintenance, diagnosing issues and arranging for repairs as necessary.
• Train and guide team members on operational procedures and best practices to optimize production efficiency.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols, ensuring all operations are compliant with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance production capabilities.
• Order materials and manage inventory to maintain appropriate stock levels for uninterrupted production flow.
